- Save this file someplace where you
will be able to find it.
- Open the file and when asked, "Enable Macros".
- Type your name (last, first), student
number, period and teacher.
- Read all directions at the top of the first
page.
- When finished, save your answers in case
you want to go back and change the numbers later.
- When you print, be sure to use the "Print
Report" button at the bottom of the front page.
